Dear Alan, Every one of our visits has been wonderful but this last one was absolutely outstanding!Paula's arrangements were perfect, including driver, James, and we were delighted to meet her.Tawi Lodge in the conservation area adjacent to Amboseli was wonderful.Our guide was absolutely the best safari guide we have ever had - a wealth of knowledge of all flora and fauna, bird and reptilian life and habits. Dear Alan, First, can I commend you on Paula Okello. She pulled the safari together with supreme efficiency, pre-empting queries and overcoming challenges with ease. Very professional and very impressive. It would be easy to say that it is her job and she is familiar with the processes, but I have worked with sales consultants before and have tried to put these trips together myself, and it is not easy. Paula did very well and I can see why you look after her!

Our experiences in dealing with Let's Go Travel was wonderful. Personnel answered our many questions about trip planning in a timely manner through email which made communication much easier and more accurate. We recently traveled to Mombasa to stay at the Serena Beach hotel. We received a fantastic service from Ben Andati (Karen Crossroads branch) at Uniglobe, who helped us to book flights and our stay at the hotel. He was able to source relevant information for us in a very prompt and efficient manner. Given that we have been living in London for a few years, we needed a Consultant who we could trust, and Ben satisfied that condition. I liked it as it was small, the tents were well separated, it was very well organized, the food was good, and we saw lots of game even leopard on a kill, and 2 black rhino. We had a wonderful time. The Staff were fantastic and made tremendous effort to create all the trimmings for Christmas with the excellent food, entertainment and much merriment. The game experience was amazing – we came across, through the diligence of our excellent driver, Michael, such unusual situations and scenarios. It was worth every penny.
