Jannat House is a restored Arabic Merchant's house built in the 18th Century. It is situated on Lamu Island. The house has 16 (mostly double) rooms and 35 beds. It boasts a dining room, pool, bar and five terraces, some with astonishing sea views. From the roof top terrace you have a spectacular view over the surrounding town and the channel between Lamu and Manda islands. The chef cooks the most delicious dishes including Lamu seafood specialties such as fish, crab, shrimps and lobster.
