First, can I commend you on Paula Okello. She pulled this together with supreme efficiency, preempting queries and overcoming challenges with ease. Very professional and very impressive. It would be easy to say that it is her job and she is familiar with the processes, but I have worked with sales consultants before and have tried to put these trips together myself, and it is not easy. Paula did very well and I can see why you look after her!
The safari was great - really pleased with everything. The driver was lovely, and did a great job of finding animals for us, and the camp was great - exactly the sort of thing we were looking for.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending you to others.
As a note,when we first enquired, we were interested in the fig tree camp. Having visited the camp for the balloon ride, we felt so lucky to have chosen Ilkeliani - we found it less touristy and a lot more to our taste - thanks for recommending this.
Now we are back home again from our trip to Kenya.
A great thank to you for your help arranging our safari - it was a fantastic week, our expectations were more than honored, and for sure it is not our last safari in Kenya.
It was also very possitive to visit different areas and then also to see the country during our drives.
Our guide Justus has a large share of the credit for this amazing week on safari. It was a pleasure to be with him and his knowledge of animals and nature was quite impressive. Please, greet him from us - he deserves all the praise he can get. We hope it also will be possible to have him as guide next time we will go on safari.
