Shaanti Holistic Health Retreat is a small boutique health retreat and we offer our guests personalised service and individual attention. We also encourage our guests to make the most of this beautiful beach and warm Indian Ocean. There is nothing more peaceful than taking a walk through our many gardens and discovering the secret mandala's placed throughout the compound. All accommodation is comprised of en-suite, sea front, luxury bedrooms. You can cool off with an option of air-conditioning, a ceiling fan or the healing ocean breeze. The unique architecture allows the natural sea breeze to flow through each room. Wake up to the sunrise and the rhythmic pulse of the ocean waves and relax in your private ocean-front veranda bordering luscious green lawns and coral fringed beaches. Enjoy easy access to the swimming pool, the health centre, massage rondavals, the restaurant and the beach. Included in the cost is accomodation, breakfast (with juice, tea, coffee, herbal tea, etc), lunch and dinner, a full-day yoga programme (including 2 yoga sessions, 2 meditation sessions, candle gazing, pranayama). Also includes use of the pool, jacuzzi, listening room, main centre facilities, access to meditation and music CD's and books. It also includes 1 consultation with the yoga therapist.
